Mandy has an extensive background in writing and design. Her journey started in 2014 when she accepted a position as a content editor for a small press. After gaining more experience, she accepted a position at Lyrical Press. Through Lyrical press, Mandy worked as an acquisition and content editor for Kensington Press. Meanwhile, Mandy wrote and released her first book under her pen name Amanda Mariel.

Through the years, Mandy has published over 37 books and hit the USA Today Bestseller list twice and the Amazon All Star lists in both the United States and abroad several times. During her career, she has worked with countless authors to polish their manuscripts through content editing and proofreading, and dozens more to create covers that appeal to them and their readers.
